XERON warrants products against material or manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, as defined by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by user actions or external factors.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please consult the product’s support FAQs, as many issues can be resolved without the need for a replacement.
Service Content: Defective products will be repaired. If repair is not feasible, XERON will replace the defective item with the same or an equivalent product. The replacement will retain the original warranty's remaining term or receive a 30-day warranty, whichever is longer.
Warranty Start Date: Determined by the date on the proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice). In the absence of such proof, the warranty period will be based on the product’s serial number.
XERON products are intended for PC gaming and are designed for compatibility with specific operating systems as indicated. Any use outside of these parameters, including non-PC gaming applications, will void the warranty.
